Nutrition Consultations

Have you been trying to lose weight but not making progress? Perhaps you lost weight on a 'diet' but it has crept back on? Or you are struggling with the afternoon energy slump? 

Our nutrition consultations are designed to explore your health and weight history, understand your goals, and implement personalised strategies to optimise your nutrition. 

Your first session will be an 45min initial consult, proceeded by a 30min follow up consultation where we will deliver a personalised nutrition guide and advice. 

If you are a member of the North Canterbury Sport and Recreation Trust please book an appointment with me at the Stadium Fitness Centre in Rangiora. 

Nutrition Seminars

Nutrition seminars are designed to help give education and support to sports teams to help maximise their performance. Each seminar can be designed to suit the requirements for the sport and include topics that are relevant to the groups needs.

Personal Training Sessions

Do you want to improve your exercise technique, find the next level of training, be held accountable or increase your motivation? Personal training is for you. We have 3 fantastic options:

Online Training Programs 

($80)

Online Training Programs are designed for those who cannot meet with me in person but would like a structured progressive plan to follow. 

Just because it is online doesn't mean you won't get a personalised experience. We start by giving you a call to discuss experience, goals, injury history and health concerns. We then build you a program that is tailored to meet your needs. Programs are designed for you to track your progress and enter notes which will be monitored weekly. We can then give you a call if you need any extra help.
